Submitting Your Artwork

After placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email. Simply reply to that email with the artwork you’d like us to use for your matchboxes.

Need help setting up your design? We have templates available to make creating your artwork easier.

To request a template, simply reply to your order confirmation email and let us know which format you prefer:

Once we receive your artwork, our team will prepare a complimentary digital proof for your approval. Please review your proof carefully, as production will only begin once it has been approved.

And then we keep the same turnaround section as the standard matchbooks:

• 50–100 matchbooks: approximately 4–5 business days
• 101–250 matchbooks: approximately 5–7 business days
• 251–500 matchbooks: approximately 7–10 business days
• 501+ matchbooks: approximately 10+ business days, depending on quantity and current production volume

Production Notice: Our production studio will be closed November 08–November 18. No production will take place during these dates. Production will resume on November 19. Please allow additional time for orders placed or approved around this period.
