Submitting Your Artwork

After placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email. Simply reply to that email with the artwork you’d like us to use for your matchboxes.

Need help setting up your design? We have templates available to make creating your artwork easier.

To request a template, simply reply to your order confirmation email and let us know which format you prefer:

Once we receive your artwork, our team will prepare a complimentary digital proof for your approval. Please review your proof carefully, as production will only begin once it has been approved.

Turnaround Time

Production times vary depending on order quantity and begin after artwork approval.

• 50 matchboxes: approximately 4–5 business days
• 100 matchboxes: approximately 5–7 business days
• 150–250 matchboxes: approximately 7–10 business days
• 300+ matchboxes: approximately 10+ business days, depending on quantity and current production volume

Every order includes a complimentary digital proof for your approval before production begins. Production time starts once the proof has been approved.
